ORDER ACCEPANCE
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitue the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Tronseal Ltd reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. International orders are no longer accepted.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Tronseal Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Tronseal Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled,Tronseal Ltd shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES INFROMATION
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further informaion. Additionally, when ordering fromTronseal Ltd, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
RETURNED CHECKS
Tronseal Ltd chardges a £15.00 fee for any returned checks. Any fees, legal or non-legal occured in the collection process will be charged to the party responsible. The policy extends to credit card fraud also.
